    CUSTOMER INFORMATION NOTICE

    With this Personal Data Processing Information Notice, pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), we would like to inform and enlighten you about our personal data processing activities as Halil Dinç (“Company”), registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry and located at Güzeloba, Lara Cd.     1. Data Controller and Representative

    1.1. Your personal data may be processed, recorded, stored, classified, updated, and disclosed/transferred to third parties, where permitted by legislation or limited to the purpose for which they are processed, by the Company acting as the data controller, in accordance with the purposes and limitations explained below and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness and good faith.

    2. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

    Your personal data may be processed, even without your explicit consent, in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated under the KVKK, for the following purposes:

    • Fulfillment of obligations arising from legislation and legal notification requirements, and execution of legal follow-up procedures,
    • Collection of purchase-related information and preparation and delivery of sold products,
    • Risk analysis and management regarding commercial activities conducted on the website,
    • Management of audit processes and suspicious transaction investigations,
    • Measurement of service quality and customer satisfaction, evaluation of assistance services, complaint management, customer segmentation, and conducting surveys, provided that these activities are not intended for marketing purposes,
    • Recording incoming calls and using such records to improve service quality,
    • Obtaining all kinds of support services from outsourced service providers for the provision of services,
    • Preparation of responses to requests from real and legal third parties.

    The Personal Data you have shared may be used for sales-marketing communication and general informational purposes, by combining it with information collected from other companies as specified in our cookie policy, in order to improve and personalize the content and promotion of our services, provide new services, and send all kinds of communication messages.

    If the relevant person does not wish to receive such marketing promotions or to be included in advertising-personalization and retargeting activities, they may communicate their requests at any time using the contact information provided on the website.

    3. Transfer of Your Personal Data

    Your Personal Data may be shared, only when necessary and to the extent required, with domestic or foreign third parties with whom we have contractual relationships, who share our sensitivity regarding data security, and who comply with the relevant legislation, in order to ensure better service provision, secure storage and protection of data, proper delivery of possible shipments, and timely delivery of notifications via phone, SMS, and/or e-mail.

    4. Transfer of Data Abroad

    Your personal data processed lawfully by the Company may be transferred abroad, in line with your explicit consent or without obtaining explicit consent where the conditions stipulated under Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the KVKK exist, to persons or organizations located in foreign countries declared by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) as having adequate protection, or to other countries where data controllers in the recipient country undertake adequate protection in writing and the Board’s approval can be obtained.

    5. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data

    Your personal data are collected by the Company through forms, e-mail, telephone, SMS, our website, mobile applications, cargo services, correspondence, field studies, social media, third parties, postal services, web interfaces, camera recordings, assistance companies, and similar channels, based on the legal reasons stated above.

    Within this framework, your personal data may be processed and transferred by obtaining explicit consent in accordance with Article 4/2 of the KVKK or, where the conditions stipulated under Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the KVKK exist, without obtaining explicit consent.

    6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

    In order for applications you submit under Article 11 of the KVKK to be evaluated and resolved promptly, effectively, and comprehensively, you may send your request with a wet signature via registered mail to the address specified on the “Contact” page of our website.

    Depending on the nature of the request, the Company will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days. However, if the processing of your application requires additional costs, the fees determined by the Board may be charged to you.

    Under the aforementioned article, you have the following rights:

    • To learn whether your personal data are processed by the Company,
    • To request information if your personal data have been processed,
    • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
    • To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
    • To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
    • To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,
    • To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to Article 11 (d) and (e) of the KVKK to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
    • To object to any unfavorable outcome arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,
    • To request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

    7. Retention Period of Personal Data

    Our Company retains Personal Data processed pursuant to the KVKK only for the period stipulated under the relevant legislation or, if no period is specified, for the duration required by the purpose of processing.

    After the reasons requiring the processing of the data cease to exist, the retained data are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

    For example, under the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related regulations, records relating to Personal Data used for marketing or promotional purposes are retained for 1 year from the withdrawal of consent. Other records related to commercial electronic messages are retained for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant Ministry when required.

    Pursuant to Law No. 5651 on Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through Such Publications, traffic data are retained for 2 years and anonymized after this period.

    In any case, where Personal Data are processed for more than one reason, the relevant data are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized once all reasons requiring their processing cease to exist.

    8. Request for Updating Your Information

    Your personal data processed by the Company must be accurate and up to date. Therefore, if there is any change in your personal data, you may notify us by sending an e-mail from the contact e-mail address you used during membership to the e-mail address specified on the “Contact” page of our website.
